Chris Paul out enters health & safety protocols

On Wednesday afternoon, the Phoenix Suns announced that All-star point guard Chris Paul had to enter health and safety protocols and will be out indefinitely. The NBA’s health and safety protocols last for 10-14 days. For Paul, it may not be 10-14 days since he is vaccinated. The team will provide another update on paul’s status Saturday.

Paul being out indefinitely is a tough blow for a Suns team that is a series win away from being in the NBA Finals. Right now, the Suns are waiting on to see have to wait on the Jazz vs. Clippers series to be over to know who their next opponent will be next round.

Right now, it is looking like Chris paul will miss at most 2 or 3 games of the Western Conference Finals. Devin Booker, Deandre Ayton, Cameron Payne, Mikal Bridges, Cameron Johnson, and Jae Crowder will have to step up paul’s absence.
